  I had ordered patio door shutters from Bruton`s for $2400.00 and this was a complete horror story. Neil didn`t advise us that he had never installed these before.
  
  Neil came back 3 different (he dictated the time that he would come, you had no say) times to correct his errors and when he finished today, I had to fix it myself...he wanted to come back a fourth time to use velcro.
  
  My biggest mistake was that Neil had asked for the money the first time he came out and I paid him in full. I should have waited until he completed the job.
  
  I would not recommend this company especially if Neil is the installer.
